Adipharm UrosTab Herbal Extract + Citrate Complex

Urostab Capsules is a combined herbal product designed to promote the disintegration and removal of kidney and urinary tract stones due to its citrate complex. Urostab has spasmolytic action, helping move stones along the urinary tract, reducing pain from kidney and ureteric colic, improving renal function, and increasing diuresis. It also exhibits anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects and participates in the regulation of crystal-colloidal balance by reducing urine concentrations of substances linked to stone formation (oxalic acid, calcium, hydroxyproline). Urostab prevents accumulation around stone cores, suspending stone growth, and enhances the antibacterial effect of other uroseptic agents. Its litholytic effect is independent of urine pH, and the therapeutic effect results from the combination of all its components. How to use: Adults take 1–2 capsules 2–3 times daily with sufficient water. Children over 6 years take 1 capsule 2–3 times daily. Treatment duration should be determined by a doctor.
